Burger King is running an EA SPORTS FC 27 promotion (sometimes searched for as "FIFA 27") in France and Germany: an eligible purchase gives a code to redeem on your EA Account for an Ultimate Team pack. If the code is rejected or the pack does not show up, the cause is usually the EA Account used, the date or the code limit. This guide follows the EA Help article and the Burger King France promotion page, checked on 27 October 2026.

The Burger King France page states that the pack is awarded randomly among the three tiers (one per menu) and that duplicates are possible. Getting the smallest pack is therefore not an error.
Prerequisites
- The complete code, readable on the sticker or receipt.
- Access to the EA Account you play EA SPORTS FC 27 with.
- The receipt, kept in case of a claim.
Step 1: check the EA Account before redeeming
When to use it: before redeeming, especially if you have several EA Accounts or play through Steam, Epic Games or a console.
Suggested solution

- EA insists: redeem the code with the same EA Account you play with. The reward is tied to the account used when redeeming the code.
Expected result: you know which EA Account to use for redemption.
Step 2: redeem the code on the EA website
When to use it: you have the code and the right EA Account.
Suggested solution
- Open the EA code redemption site. The Burger King France page says to scan the sticker and enter the code on this site.
- Sign in to the EA Account you play EA SPORTS FC 27 with.
- Enter the Burger King code and complete the process.
- Launch EA SPORTS FC 27 with the same EA Account, then open Ultimate Team to see which pack you received.
Expected result: the Burger King pack appears in Ultimate Team.

Step 3: code rejected
When to use it: the EA website rejects the code.
Suggested solution
- Check the date: codes expire on 15 November 2026. For an expired code, EA Help states in general terms that it cannot help.
- Check how many Burger King codes have already been redeemed on this account: 12 maximum.
- Re-read the code: each code can be used only once.
- If the code is still rejected or shown as already redeemed, contact Burger King support from the Burger King France promotion page or the Burger King Germany promotion page. EA refers invalid or already redeemed codes to Burger King.
Expected result: the code is accepted, or the request is passed to Burger King with your receipt.
Step 4: no code, or pack still missing
When to use it: you did not receive a code, or the code was accepted but nothing arrived in Ultimate Team.
Suggested solution
- Check that you launched Ultimate Team with the same EA Account used to redeem the code.
- If the code was redeemed on another EA Account by mistake, EA Help states in its article on codes that it can investigate and may ask for proof of purchase.
- For a missing or delayed code, a receipt submission problem or a reward missing after redemption, EA says to contact Burger King through the promotion pages listed in step 3.
