Season 2: FC Heritage of Ultimate Team in EA SPORTS FC 27, launched according to EA on October 22, 2026, features the FC Heritage Circuit: a journey through five single-player Live Events, with FC Heritage Player Items, Coins and untradeable Packs to earn. Many players still see some stages locked. That is normal: the Circuit unlocks stage by stage. This guide explains the order of the stages, the difficulty of each one and what to do if a reward is missing.
Problem
- A stage of the FC Heritage Circuit stays locked.
- You cannot find the Circuit's final tournament.
- You keep losing because of the set difficulty level.
- A Circuit reward does not appear in your club.
What to know before acting
- Five single-player Live Events: EA presents the Circuit as a connected journey through five single-player (player vs AI) Live Events.
- Everything is available from the start of Season 2, but each stage unlocks as you progress.
- Set difficulties: except for the opening event, each stage has its own difficulty set by EA.
- Do not confuse: Season 2's Daily Knockout is a PvP tournament (against other players) with weekly rewards. It is not part of the Circuit.
- In-game names: EA's announcement is in English. Event and difficulty names may differ in localised versions of the game.

Step 1: start with the opening event
When to use it: every stage after the first is locked.
Suggested solution
- In Ultimate Team, open the Live Events section and find the FC Heritage Circuit.
- Start the Kick Off Event and choose the difficulty that suits you: it is the only stage where EA leaves you the choice.
- Complete it to move the Circuit forward.
Expected result: the next stage, Ultimate Scream, becomes available.
Step 2: win the three themed events
When to use it: one of stages 2 to 4 stays locked.
Suggested solution
- Play the stages in order: Ultimate Scream (Semi-Pro), then Hall of FUT: Unleashed (Professional), then Thunderstruck (World Class).
- EA talks about "winning your way through" these events to progress: complete the objectives of the current stage before looking for the next one.
- Read the squad requirements shown for each event before starting a match.
Expected result: each win opens the next stage, up to qualification for the final tournament.
When to stop: if a stage stays locked after the previous one is completed, leave Ultimate Team, restart the game and check the EA server status.
Step 3: prepare for the final tournament
When to use it: you have qualified, but the final tournament is too hard.
Suggested solution
- Make sure you have completed all three themed events: EA talks about qualifying for the final.
- Expect the difficulty to rise each round: Professional, then World Class, before a Legendary final.
- Practise first in offline modes at World Class or Legendary if you do not usually play at those levels.
Expected result: you go into the final with a suitable squad and knowing the level you will face.
Step 4: recover a missing reward
When to use it: a stage is completed, but the reward does not appear.
Suggested solution
- Look in your Unassigned Items and, for untradeable Packs, in My Packs in the Store.
- Restart the game to force a sync with the servers.
- If the reward is still missing, follow the help page Missing rewards in EA SPORTS FC.
Expected result: the Player Item, Coins or Pack appear in your club.
Special cases
