The Web App and Companion App for EA SPORTS FC 27 (sometimes searched for as "FIFA 27") let you manage your Ultimate Team club from a browser or a smartphone. If your club doesn't show up, if the app says no club exists, or if access is refused, the cause is usually the EA Account used or a login rule set by EA. Note: a new requirement applies from November 7, 2026.
Problem
- After logging in, the Web App or Companion App doesn't show your Ultimate Team club or squad.
- The app still shows an old club, or seems to create a new empty club.
- Access to the apps is refused even though it worked before.

Step 1: check which EA Account you use
When to use it: the app logs in, but your club and squad don't load.
Suggested solution
- Log out of the Web App or Companion App.
- Log back in with the EA Account you use to play FC 27. On PC, this is the EA Account linked to your game, even if you launch FC 27 from Steam or the Epic Games Store.
- If you don't remember which EA Account you use, follow EA's guide Find your EA Account email address.
Expected result: according to EA, you know you're logged in correctly when your Ultimate Team club and squad load in the app.

Step 2: make sure you're using the FC 27 app
When to use it: the app shows an old club or content from a previous season.
Suggested solution
- Open the Web App from the official EA SPORTS FC Web App page rather than an old bookmark.
- On a smartphone, update the Companion App from the App Store or Google Play.
- Reminder: since September 17, 2026, the apps only work for EA SPORTS FC 27. Your FC 26 club is no longer accessible there.
Expected result: the app shows your FC 27 club.
Step 3: access refused from November 7, 2026
When to use it: the apps worked during early access, then access is blocked.
Suggested solution
- Launch EA SPORTS FC 27 on your PC or console.
- Open Ultimate Team mode at least once with the same EA Account.
- Then go back to the Web App or Companion App.
Expected result: after logging in to Ultimate Team in the game, you can keep using both apps. EA sets this requirement from November 7, 2026 at 11:59:50 PM UTC, i.e. November 8 at 00:59:50 Paris time. Do it before that date to avoid any interruption.
Step 4: Transfer Market unavailable in the app
When to use it: your club shows up, but the Transfer Market stays locked.

Expected result: you know which condition to meet to unlock the Market.
Special cases
- No early access in September: according to EA, you needed to have created an Ultimate Team club in FC 26, FC 25 or FC 24 on your platform before August 1, 2026, with an account in good standing. Otherwise, EA states that the account broke its rules in the past or hadn't played long enough. Early access is over: you now just need to play Ultimate Team in FC 27.
- EA Account locked or inaccessible: follow EA's guide Get back into your EA Account.
- Security: EA recommends enabling two-factor authentication on the EA Account.

- ☐ The Web App is opened from the official page and the Companion App is up to date.
