Limited-edition Red Bull Wings Cup cans carry a code that unlocks rewards in EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team (sometimes searched for as "FIFA 27"). If the code is rejected or nothing shows up in the game after redeeming it, the cause is almost always one of the conditions set by EA: the EA Account used, the platform, the delay, or a code that was already redeemed. This guide sets out those conditions according to EA Help and shows what to check, in order.

- The 8-digit code on the can is rejected, or shown as already redeemed.
- The code was accepted, but the rewards do not appear in Ultimate Team.

Nintendo Switch 2 is not in the list of platforms EA gives for this promotion.
Step 1: check the EA Account before redeeming the code
When to use it: before redeeming, and if you play on several platforms or with several EA Accounts.
Suggested solution
- Check which EA Account is linked to the game on your platform (EA app, Steam, Epic Games Store or console). On PC via Steam or Epic, the guide Steam account linked to the wrong EA Account in EA SPORTS FC 27 explains how to check it.
- Open EA's Red Bull redemption page (or scan the QR code on the can) and sign in with that same EA Account.
- Enter the unique 8-digit code from the can tab and redeem it.
Expected result: the code is accepted on the EA Account you play with.
Important: EA states that rewards are granted to your EA Account on the first platform you use to sign in after redeeming. If you play on both PC and console, launch the game first on the platform where you want the rewards.
Step 2: collect the rewards in the game
When to use it: the code was accepted, but you see nothing.
Suggested solution
- Launch EA SPORTS FC 27 with the EA Account used to redeem the code.
- Open Ultimate Team. EA says an in-game message should tell you the rewards are available.
- Go to Ultimate Team > Store to find them.
- If they are not there, wait: they can take up to 24 hours to appear after you launch the game. Then reopen Ultimate Team.
Expected result: the rewards appear in the Ultimate Team Store.

Step 3: code rejected or rewards still missing
When to use it: the code is rejected, shown as already redeemed, or nothing has arrived after 24 hours.
Suggested solution
- Check the conditions in the table: age, participating country, platform, number of codes already used on this account (four at most) and validity dates.
- Re-read the code: each code can be redeemed only once.
- If the problem continues, contact EA Help from the article Red Bull Wings Cup x EA SPORTS FC 27 rewards ("Contact us" button at the bottom of the page). EA explicitly lists these cases: invalid or non-working code, code shown as already redeemed, rewards missing after redemption, code redeemed on the wrong EA Account.
Expected result: EA Help looks into the code or the account concerned.

VIP Competition (optional)
After redeeming a code, a checkbox lets you opt in to the Red Bull Wings Cup VIP Competition (a VIP trip to the final in Miami to be won). The challenge is played in Squad Battles with a Red Bull Wings Cup kit equipped, over 10 matches, before November 30, 2026. The required difficulty level differs between the French and English versions of EA's article: rely on the in-game message and Red Bull's rules.
