You played EA SPORTS FC 26 (sometimes searched as "FIFA 27" for the new game), you now play EA SPORTS FC 27, but your Club Member status (Club Membership) or its rewards don't show up. EA sets precise conditions and a deadline: November 1, 2026 at 12:00am Pacific Time, i.e. November 1 at 8:00am Paris time. This guide checks each condition, then missing rewards.
Problem
- The Club Member status or crest doesn't appear in EA SPORTS FC 27.
- Club Member rewards (kits, crests, tifos, gear) can't be found.
- You expected to keep your FC 26 Club Member or Founder status.
What to know first
- To become an FC 27 Club Member, you must have logged into both EA SPORTS FC 26 and EA SPORTS FC 27 before November 1, 2026 at 12:00am Pacific Time, while connected to the internet, with the same EA account in both games.
- Not counted: logging in via the EA SPORTS FC Companion app, or any trials (including the EA Play Trial).
- Supported platforms according to the FC 27 game disclaimers: PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC via EA app, Epic or Steam.
- EA states that reward availability varies by region, that age restrictions may apply and that certain rewards may require a separate sign-up process.
- Founders (status earned in FC 24) keep their status in FC 27.
- Your tier depends on your tenure: Club Member (1st season), Club Member II (FC 26 – FC 27), Club Member III (FC 25 – FC 27), Founder and Club Member (FC 24 – FC 27).
- Rewards tied to The Grounds can only be used on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Nintendo Switch 2.
Step 1: check the deadline and both logins
When to use it: always first.
Suggested solution
- Check that you launched FC 26 online with your EA account. FC 26 status doesn't carry over automatically: you also need to launch FC 27.
- Check that you launched FC 27 online, in the full game (not a trial).
- If one of the two logins is missing and the deadline hasn't passed (November 1, 2026, 8:00am Paris time), launch that game online before then.
- After the deadline, EA states that players who didn't play FC 26 and FC 27 in time can't become FC 27 Club Members.
Expected result: both games were launched online before the deadline.
Step 2: check that it's the same EA account
When to use it: you played both games, but on different platforms or accounts.
Suggested solution
- Note which platform you used for FC 26 and for FC 27 (for example PS4 then PC).
- Check that both platform accounts are linked to the same EA account. Switching platforms may have created a second EA account.
- On PC through Steam, if FC 27 uses a different EA account than expected, follow Steam account linked to the wrong EA Account in EA SPORTS FC 27: check and fix.

Step 3: find missing rewards
When to use it: you meet the conditions, but some rewards don't appear.

- Wait: according to EA, a reward can take up to 24 hours to appear.
- Restart Ultimate Team or The Grounds in FC 27.
- Check the EA SPORTS FC Direct channel on X for any known issue affecting rewards.
- Restart your PC or console, relaunch FC 27 and check again.

- Amazon Luna: the French news page lists Amazon Luna among PC platforms, but the FC 27 game disclaimers don't. If in doubt, rely on the disclaimers.
