In GTA Online, decommissioned Law Enforcement Vehicles are not freely for sale. Rockstar ties their purchase to a specific mission of The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid, and Vincent Effenburger's Dispatch Work requires both one of these vehicles and certain status conditions. This guide helps you find what is blocking you: the purchase, the Trade Price or launching the missions.
What to know first
- Two different conditions: unlocking the purchase of a police vehicle and unlocking its Trade Price (discounted price) are two separate steps, described separately by Rockstar.
- Being the leader matters: for most vehicles, Rockstar specifies that the Slush Fund mission must be completed as leader. Taking part in another player's mission is not enough according to these announcements.
- Solo is possible: Rockstar says The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid can be played completely solo, or with up to three other players.
- In-game names: the official sources read are in English (Slush Fund, Dispatch Work, Trade Price, Law Enforcement Vehicle). Labels in other game languages may differ.
Step 1: complete Slush Fund as leader
When to use it: the police vehicle is locked on Warstock Cache & Carry.
What it does: according to Rockstar's announcements, completing Slush Fund as leader unlocks the purchase of the police vehicles sold on Warstock Cache & Carry (for example the Impaler SZ Cruiser, Greenwood Cruiser, Dorado Cruiser, Dominator FX Interceptor, Impaler LX Cruiser, Coquette D10 Pursuit, Outreach Faction, Terminus Patrol, Caracara Pursuit).
Expected result: the vehicle is no longer locked on Warstock Cache & Carry.
When to stop: if the mission was indeed completed as leader and the vehicle stays locked, don't replay the raid over and over. Note the date, your platform and the vehicle name, then go to the "Special cases" section.
Step 2: check vehicles with a special condition
When to use it: the vehicle you want isn't in the list unlocked by Slush Fund.
Expected result: you know which activity unlocks the vehicle you want.
When to stop: if Rockstar hasn't published any condition for a specific vehicle, don't rely on a rumour. Check that vehicle's official announcement on the Newswire.
Step 3: unlock the Trade Price with Dispatch Work
When to use it: the vehicle can be bought, but not at the discounted price.
Expected result: the Trade Price appears for the vehicle you want.
Precaution: if you want the discounted price, meet the condition before buying the vehicle.
Step 4: launch a Dispatch Work mission
When to use it: you own a police vehicle, but no mission starts.
What it does: Vincent gives you an off-the-books patrol mission in Freemode.
Expected result: a Dispatch Work mission starts.
When to stop: if all four conditions are met and nothing starts, change sessions and try once more. If the problem persists, contact Rockstar Support.
Special cases
- Event bonuses: in October 2026, Rockstar announces doubled GTA$ and RP on Dispatch Work and Bail Office bounties all month long. These bonuses apply to missions played during the period: check the end date in the announcement.
- Sirens: since Agents of Sabotage, players driving a police vehicle can toggle through siren options.
- Vehicle bought but missing from the garage: the problem no longer comes from the unlock conditions. Check your garages, then contact Rockstar Support with the purchase date.
Final check
- ☐ Slush Fund was completed as leader.
- ☐ The vehicle you want can be bought on Warstock Cache & Carry, or you know its special condition.
- ☐ For the Trade Price, the required Dispatch Work mission is completed.
- ☐ For Dispatch Work, no CEO, VIP or MC President status is active and you are in an eligible police vehicle.
