You watched an EA SPORTS FC 27 stream (often searched as "FIFA 27") on Twitch or YouTube to get an Ultimate Team reward, but nothing shows up in the game? In most cases a step is missing: account not linked, reward not claimed on Twitch or YouTube, or Objective not redeemed in-game. This guide follows the EA Help procedure, in order.
The rules quoted come from the EA Help articles on missing EA SPORTS FC rewards and on EA Account linking, checked on 27 October 2026. In the French version of these articles, Twitch Drops are sometimes called "Cadeaux Twitch".
Problem
- You watched the stream for the required time, but the reward doesn't appear in Ultimate Team.
- The reward button has disappeared from the Twitch or YouTube page.
- You don't know whether your EA Account is linked to the right Twitch or YouTube account.
Quick diagnosis

Step 1: check your EA Account link
When to use it: always first, especially if you have several Twitch, Google or EA accounts.
Suggested solution
Twitch:
- Log in to your EA Account and open Connected Accounts.
- Select Twitch, then Continue to sign in to Twitch and complete the link.
YouTube:
- Open the Connected Apps tab in YouTube Settings.
- Select Connect next to Electronic Arts, then confirm with Connect.
- Check the EA Account shown. If it's not the right one, select Not your account?.
- Select Continue (you'll be asked to verify your identity if two-factor authentication is on), then Link Accounts and Return to YouTube.
Expected result: the linked Twitch or YouTube account is the one you watch streams with, and the EA Account is the one that holds your Ultimate Team Club.
You can only switch your linked accounts 3 times in a rolling year. Check the account carefully before linking. Underage EA Accounts can't link to some streaming services.
Step 2: claim a Twitch Drop
When to use it: the reward comes from a Twitch stream.
Suggested solution
- Go to the Twitch Drops campaigns page and find the Drop you want.
- Watch a participating channel for the required amount of time.
- In the Drops Inventory, select Claim Now. This stays available until 24 hours after the end of the campaign.
- Check the Drop's criteria: some streams only enter you in a draw, with no guarantee of getting the reward.

Expected result: the Drop is shown as claimed in your Twitch inventory.
Step 3: claim a YouTube reward
When to use it: the reward comes from an EA SPORTS FC YouTube stream.
Suggested solution
- Find the stream in the Ultimate Team Objective, along with the campaign's start date and time.
- At the start of the campaign, refresh the video shown in the Objective. Otherwise, you may not qualify.
- Watch the stream for the required amount of time.
- Select the Rewards button under the stream. Do it as soon as possible: you can't redeem the reward after the stream ends.
Expected result: the reward was claimed during the stream.
Step 4: redeem the reward in-game
When to use it: the reward has been claimed on Twitch or YouTube but is still missing in-game.
Suggested solution
- Launch EA SPORTS FC 27, open Ultimate Team, then Objectives.
- Redeem the reward before the Objective ends.
- If it isn't there yet, wait: it can take up to 24 hours. Then restart Ultimate Team, and then your PC or console.
- Check EA SPORTS FC's direct communication channels on X and WhatsApp: a known issue may be reported there.
Expected result: the reward appears in your Objectives, then in your Club.

Still nothing after 24 hours
Use EA's Missing Content Tool or contact EA Help. Gather this first:
- the missing reward and the stream concerned (Twitch or YouTube);
- the mode concerned (here, Ultimate Team Objectives);
- the email address on your EA Account, to be given to EA only;
- your platform account ID (Steam, EA app, PSN, Xbox…);
- the date and time of the problem, and your time zone;
- the platform you play on.
Final check
- ☐ The right Twitch or YouTube account is linked to your Club's EA Account.
- ☐ The Twitch Drop is claimed, or the YouTube reward was claimed during the stream.
- ☐ The reward was redeemed in Ultimate Team > Objectives before the Objective ended.
- ☐ 24 hours have passed before contacting EA.
