Oscar Guzman missions missing in GTA Online: the McKenzie Field Hangar

English translation of the original French post. Code, commands, paths and error codes keep their original meaning. Replies and moderation are shared in the original discussion.

GTA Online's Oscar Guzman Flies Again update (March 5, 2025) adds Arms Trafficking missions and a series of missions with Oscar Guzman against Eberhard Munitions, leading up to the finale The Titan Job. Everything goes through one specific property: the McKenzie Field Hangar in Grapeseed. This guide explains how to get it and start the missions.

Problem

  • Oscar Guzman never offers you a mission.
  • You cannot find the Arms Trafficking missions or The Titan Job.
  • You already own a hangar at Fort Zancudo or LSIA, but nothing appears.
  • An event bonus on these missions does not apply to you.

What to know before acting

  • The McKenzie Field Hangar is required: Rockstar states that Arms Trafficking missions become available once this hangar is purchased. It is a different property from the Smuggler Hangars at Fort Zancudo and LSIA.
  • PC Legacy and PC Enhanced: Rockstar specifies that both the enhanced and the original PC versions have access to Oscar Guzman Flies Again.
  • In-game names: the official sources read are in English (McKenzie Field Hangar, Arms Trafficking, Maze Bank Foreclosures). Labels in other language versions of the game may differ.

Step 1: buy the McKenzie Field Hangar

When to use it: you do not own this hangar.

Suggested solution

  1. Open the Maze Bank Foreclosures website on the in-game phone or computer, or go to the McKenzie Field airstrip in Grapeseed and use the For Sale sign outside the property. Rockstar mentions both ways to buy it.
  2. Buy the hangar. Rockstar states that the purchase includes a Duster plane and an unlockable Western Duster 300-H.
  3. Go to the hangar and enter the office.

Expected result: the McKenzie Field Hangar appears on your map and you can access its office.

Step 2: start an Arms Trafficking mission

When to use it: you own the hangar, but no mission is in progress.

Suggested solution

  1. Use the laptop in the McKenzie Field Office.
  2. Or call Oscar from the in-game phone to ask for work. Rockstar mentions both access methods.
  3. Choose a mission. Rockstar describes four: Cargobob Recover, Plane Steal, Ratel Run and Rival Destroy.

Expected result: the mission starts and the objective is displayed.

When to stop: if neither the laptop nor a call to Oscar offers a mission, leave the session and come back once. If nothing changes, contact Rockstar Support with your platform and what is displayed.

Rockstar's tips for the four missions

MissionTip published by Rockstar
Cargobob RecoverDo not let the Cargobob take too much fire, or the cargo will fall.
Plane StealBuild up speed before taking off in the Duster 300-H, then return it to Oscar after the deliveries for a bonus.
Ratel RunThe cargo can only be collected with the Ratel.
Rival DestroySome shipments move, others are stationary: plan your route and watch out for ambushes. The Dune FAV supplied by Oscar can be used.

Step 3: reach The Titan Job

When to use it: you are looking for the finale of Oscar's series.

Suggested solution

  1. Keep working with Oscar from the hangar: Rockstar presents The Titan Job as the explosive finale of Oscar Guzman Flies Again, "where all your preparations pay off".
  2. For the finale, Rockstar recommends a full crew, staying to the right of the objectives (the Titan 250 D's weapons are all on the left) and picking up the Homing Launcher at the start to deal with Eberhard's helicopters.

Expected result: The Titan Job is offered once the previous steps are complete. The announcements read do not detail the exact order of missions that unlocks it.

Special cases

  • Smuggler Hangar already owned: with a Smuggler Hangar in addition to the McKenzie Field Hangar, you get extra slots for your personal aircraft (15, or 20 for GTA+ members according to the March 2025 GTA+ announcement) and a menu to bring your aircraft to the McKenzie Field runway.
  • Trade Prices and Western Duster 300-H: completing Arms Trafficking missions and helping Oscar unlocks Trade Prices for the new aircraft and a free Western Duster 300-H usable from the hangar. The Ratel Run mission unlocks the Trade Price for the Vapid Ratel.
  • Event bonuses: double payouts and discounts (March 2025, etc.) have end dates. Check the current week's announcement.

Final check

  • ☐ You own the McKenzie Field Hangar (not just a hangar at Fort Zancudo or LSIA).
  • ☐ The office laptop or a call to Oscar offers missions.
  • ☐ Arms Trafficking missions are progressing toward The Titan Job.
